Therapy support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions rooted in connection, care, and collaboration
As a therapist in training, I am passionate about supporting young adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and major life transitions. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition and am honored to be pursuing my master’s degree in Counselor Education at East Carolina University, with plans to become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
My path into therapy began through early experiences with play-based therapeutic work, where I saw how meaningful connection can help people feel supported and understood during difficult moments. I have since worked in behavior therapy with children and young adults with autism, which shaped my understanding of empathy, flexibility, and the importance of meeting clients where they are.
I believe therapy should be individualized, collaborative, and supportive. I approach my work through a trauma-informed lens and enjoy supporting young adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and life transitions in a way that feels respectful, creative, and approachable.

hello
I am currently completing my clinical internship at Flourish Wellness, through ecu, under the supervision of licensed clinician Maddie Spear, LCSW.
We believe quality therapy should be accessible!
Reduced-fee and sliding scale sessions are available with our supervised therapy intern, offering the same thoughtful, supportive care at a lower cost.
*All intern sessions are supported + supervised by a fully licensed clinician.
My goal as a therapist for children and young adults is to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe being themselves and sharing openly, without fear of judgment. As a young adult therapist, I focus on building genuine therapeutic relationships and offering care that feels collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded.
I am especially passionate about supporting young adults in Raleigh as they navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, identity development, relationships, and life transitions. I believe therapy can offer both understanding and practical support during periods of change, helping clients feel more steady and confident over time.
I also value helping clients recognize their strengths and honoring progress in all forms — including the small, meaningful steps that often matter most.
Every person has a unique story that deserves to be heard and respected. I find meaning in helping clients recognize their strengths and in celebrating both big steps and small moments of progress along the way.
my goals as a therapist
My Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy. This allows me to balance emotional understanding with practical, skill-based support, depending on each client’s goals and needs.
I work with children, young adults, and adults, and have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and flexible, helping clients better understand themselves while developing coping tools that feel realistic and supportive in everyday life.
I also work from a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing how past experiences — even those that may seem small or subtle — can influence emotions, behavior, and self-belief. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they build skills, confidence, and insight over time.
