As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I love to partner with children, adolescents, and young adults who are impacted by trauma, anxiety, and stressful life transitions. It is a privilege to hold the weight of your wounds with you and work together to empower lasting hope and healing in your life. In our work, we discuss the impacts of the past, unpack and heal emotional hurt, and build skills to better the present. Located in Raleigh, NC, I offer in person and tele-therapy services to individuals aged 5-25 who live in the state of North Carolina. I also offer virtual therapy services in Virginia, South Carolina, and Massachusetts.

hi, I
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), I work with children, teens, and adults who are looking for support through life’s challenging moments. I approach counseling with warmth, acceptance, and a collaborative spirit, helping you build coping skills, discover more about yourself, and grow in ways that feel meaningful. I value bringing a sense of humor, joy, and creativity into sessions, because even small moments of lightness can be part of the healing process. I am currently accepting new clients in-person and virtually in Raleigh, North Carolina.
let's dive in together

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.”
